Yes — roughly half our active clients are based in Dublin, Meath, and Kildare. We manage remote engagements through structured weekly check-ins and shared project boards. For larger branding or strategy projects, we typically schedule one or two in-person workshops at your location or ours.
Our project minimum is €3,500 for standalone work (e.g. a brand audit or a small-site redesign). Integrated retainers — covering SEO, content, and paid media together — typically start at €1,800 per month. We're transparent about budget fit on the first call, so neither side wastes time.
A combined brand identity and website project runs twelve to sixteen weeks from signed brief to launch, assuming timely client feedback at each stage. We build that timeline into the contract so milestones are clear. Phased delivery is available for clients with tighter deadlines or budgets.
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance plans covering hosting liaison, security updates, performance monitoring, and up to four hours of content or layout edits per month. Many clients also transition into a content retainer where we manage their blog and social channels post-launch.
